Happy Holiday Weekend, my Fabulous Followers!

We returned from our Virginia trip yesterday. It is really a nice place and we are interested in retiring there in two or three years. We had fun going to Yorktown, Jamestown and Williamsburg - we love history. We also went to the Virginia Beach area. If we live down there, it will be away from the "crazy" area and in neighborhoods - Salem, Red Mill, Sandbridge, Holland, etc. We hope to find a townhome with trees and maybe a pond.

I went to ORANGE THEORY FITNESS while I was there, too. It was fun to try a new studio - the workout remains the same anywhere you go. Food was on vacation mode - I will have to regroup my nutrition plan after the Holiday!

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - Tom Venuto

Short Range Goals:
* Macros 60%-70% fat, 20-30% protein, 10% carbs - better under 10%!
* Back in the "Blue" on Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle by year end 2017
* Bodyfat % reading with trainer for June 23 COMPLETED
* Drink at least 12 - 16 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2017
*Bodyfat at 22% or less (Current 29.5%) by year end 2017
*Maintain Idiot Boxes around 156-158lbs staying under goal weight June 2018
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

My sister just sold her townhouse . She lived for 30yrs on 18th street. Just a beautiful restful place. Enjoy the holiday.
