Happy Weekend Buddies!
We leave on vacation tomorrow and I am excited! We will be around the Virginia Beach area scouting it as a potential retirement area in a few years. My family is around Boston and my husband's is around New York so we would be close enough to drive if we lived there.
The hotel has a weight room I will use, and there are several Orange Theory Fitness locations I can go to should I choose that instead. I will have my iPad so I hope I can use the FatSecret App while I am there, too. Seafood awaits!

Short Range Goals: * Macros 60%-70% fat, 20-30% protein, 10% carbs - better under 10%! * Back in the "Blue" on Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle by year end 2017 * Bodyfat % reading with trainer for June 23 COMPLETED * Drink at least 12 - 16 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days * Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week * Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload
Long Range Goals: 2017 *Bodyfat at 22% or less (Current 29.5%) by year end 2017 *Maintain Idiot Boxes around 156-158lbs staying under goal weight June 2018 *Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts
