Happy New Year Fat Secreteers! It's New Year's Day in the evening and truly all the holidays are now behind us. The extra brownies and cookies, the double egg-nog (extra nog), the gooses, ducks, turkeys and ham feasts. We're on the other side! It's Sunday the first, and for me that appears to be the perfect time to start something new. Indeed, don't some of you feel that way as well? Well I would like to say that I am welcoming and 'coining' this new year, "Super 17". That is what I will start new, a year with hope of good things. What I wish is that for all, 2017 will be great in all the ways you want it to be and in some positive suprizing ways as well.
Carry on with your journeys toward health and wellness. Don't fall prey to giving yourself more rules, more stess, resolutions that will interfere with your fat secret commitments. Think about your successes AND your back slides and with the support of your fat secret community carry on.
Yes it is a new year and yes, a beginning of a new week. I will commit to continuing this wellness journey, which morphs more and more towards a life of kindness to myself and to others. I will continue a practice of yoga, which combined with my fat secret accountability has excellerated and exascerbated this wellness trek.
