Well I did not get the workout in yesterday that I had hoped too. Life has not been fun lately. Yesterday I got the call from my cousin that my Aunt would not be with us much longer so I rushed to get ready and headed down the hill to be with family and say goodbye. All while trying to get things together for hubby who came down with a virus, not what I had earlier in the week. When it was determined that my Aunt would be kept alive long enough for her son to get there I went and told my 93 year old Grandma that her baby girl was passing and brought her to say goodbye. That was probably the hardest emotional thing I have ever had to do. We all decided to get something to eat, which I realized I hadn't eaten or really drank anything since 9 in the morning. I took Gram back and helped her get ready for bed. Then I came home to do some laundry and answer tons of calls from other family members. This morning I woke up and was making a plan for the day, of which one thing will be heading back down the hill to at least be with my Gram, and I was looking on my cell phone at FB. I came across this quote by TobyMac #speaklife:

You were given this life because you are strong enough to live it

And as I sit here typing my cousin texts to say that my Aunt is in heaven with my Grandpa. Enjoy life friends!!!

Thank you all!! I greatly appreciate it!! As I told Grandma today that her daughter was gone she was sad and quiet. I got her interested in the Super Bowl and that distraction seemed to help. What I am learning is that no matter what life throws at us, we can do this.
