I have been super thirsty and hungry today. I have been downing the water. Thankful to be feeling better, it is a great reminder to appreciate our good health and our quest for it. I am going to try my arms workout tonight but I will save the walking workout for tomorrow since I am still a little sore and tired from this weeks episode. So far hubby hasn't caught anything and I pray it stays that way. We have no major plans for the weekend even though it's super bowl, which is just fine with me. Enjoy your weekend also!
