It was nice to be in the work routine after this weekend. I needed some normalcy. I was finishing up housework and getting things done because family is on the way in, some arrived today, and I am guessing the service will be this weekend. No workout today or tomorrow, but I am hoping to get one in on Wednesday. Although I will get my arm workout in.
