Thanks for the encouragement yesterday. All my buddies rock it!
I decided to increase my RDI to 1300 calories (only 50 calories) to accommodate higher fat and protein each day. My goal is to get a little more protein, and keep the NET carbs at 20 grams - hopefully under 10% of macros. I am shooting for 65-70% fats, 20-25% protein, and under 10% carbs.
Idiot Box is still at 172.4 this morning. Completed my HIIT and weight work at Orange Theory Fitness this morning. WOOT!
MY CURRENT GOAL: Discuss changes with endocrinologist (SENT HIM A FAX TODAY), try for lower carb percentage, lift heavier at the gym and see caliper bodyfat move down in February.
MY LONG RANGE GOAL: Body fat at 26% or less and scale weight in the 150's or less

Wow - hit my macros perfectly today! AND sent the endocrinologist a CRANKY fax complaining that he said he would "help" me continue my weight loss...but lowered my medicine and I have been stuck ever since...
