Again, thank you to all who have served, serve or will serve in the Armed Forces protecting our country.
Two days of prednisone and prescription nasal sprays and I can breathe! My nasal tissues are not as swollen so I can actually get the medicine in there and have positive impact.
I even went to Orange Theory Fitness this morning - I had not been there in five days and I was really needing a sweaty workout.
So, plan your own food ahead for all the BBQs and picnics - take care of yourself first to be a success this weekend!
