Greetings Buddies:
I am excited to see some progress the last month; and decided to review the changes I have made that are more effective.
Last August 2014, I averaged around 1400 daily calories with Carbohydrates (44%), Fats (24%) and Protein (32%). I was working out four days a week at Orange Theory Fitness - lost no weight!
Now in February 2015, I averaged around 1300 daily calories, with Carbohydrates (15%), Fats (59%) and Protein (26%). I am working out four days a week at Orange Theory Fitness - lost 9 pounds in six weeks! There ya go! Who knew?
The words of the week: No excuses - just do it
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.
