Greetings Buddies!
So, I opted to buy a scale recommended by a buddy here. It will give me body fat%, muscle%, water%, weight, etc. so I can at least look for changes that weight alone cannot tell me.
I had another good workout today and had energy all the way through and even did extra weight work after class ended!
SO, is this the new Breakfast of Champions? My pre-workout breakfast was two eggs fried in olive oil spray over 1/2 an avocado! Healthy fats and protein that forces the body to burn fat instead of glucose from carbs. The word of the week: Patience
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.

Yes! Looks delicious! Check out nomnompaleo.com. She has lots of great egg recipes. Some you can make ahead, and heat up and eat as you run out the door. Love her sweet potato hash topped with fried eggs. Good stuff. Glad to see you are eating the yolks too. That's where all the good nutrients are. :-)

I switched from an egg with toast to two eggs and no toast. Great improvement on my carb intake.
