Happy weekend, Buddies!
I stayed in bed this morning instead of hitting Orange Theory Fitness. I went to OTF yesterday and then went to my Rolfer (body worker) so today my body seemed to scream for more sleep.
It seems I am lagging in energy a little lately - and it just will NOT stop raining here. Maybe it is the weather...
Food has been adequate but I seem to crave carbs lately - which is probably why my energy level is poor - carbs spike the blood sugar and then I crash!
I need a butt-kick to stay on track! Anyone want to give me a virtual butt-kick?
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
