Hello! My name is Joyce and I am semi-retired and share my home with my hubby of twenty years and two adorable dog-children. Mom of three and Grandma of four. I start the new year (09) with another birthday, and goal of losing some weight to get healthier. I love Wii Fit and Wii Sports. Great way to get moving and get stronger.

iphone scan feature messed up
I see this a old thread but glad to see it's not me being stupid! Brand new itouch 4 and the fatsecret scanner absolutely will not scan! another products app bar scanner works perfectly so it's an issue with FS scanner coding.

Wii Walk it Off
I kept getting error messages using the wii board and nothing seemed to work. Would recalibrate etc. But it wouldn't stop. Had to sell it. Got a negative review from me. Bummer, as i love the rest of my wii fit programs. Btw, walk it out is made by another game company so don't know if that matters.

Does anyone follow the South Beach Diet?
I lost twenty pounds fairly easily on the Beach. It is a well balanced plan and recommended by many Dr.s One you get through Phase 1, then it becomes easier since you can gradually add back in foods you like and still maintain a steady weight loss.

Exercise for those who HATE exercise

I second the wii/wit fit plus. I love it and because it is so much fun I feel like actually doing it! And I often ache the next day so it is definitely doing something good...

True, i love the island "bicycle" circuit. Need to dust off our Wii and get back to it. It is a lot of fun!
