Well, I started out at 204 the highest weight I've been without being pregnant. Today I was happy to see 191 lbs! I am a long way from my goal but it's only been two weeks.
Happy, happy, joy, joy!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Looking back, I suppose I got up to 208! Yikes!! But on this weight loss journey, AGAIN..... I started out at 204. This time the weight is staying off! I know my triggers and I have to intervene when I see the stress eating coming on.
