They served Jimmy Johns subs, but not my usual Unwiches, so I just ate the insides with a fork. Had a terrific steak dinner as shown in the other photos. I came in at 216.8 before bedtime, which shows how much water and waste I lost today. Going to begin FMD tomorrow with an 1100 calorie day of veggies, seeds, nuts, and olive oil. Still going to do OMAD.
