Good morning every one Im putting a sign up sheet just for fun so if you had way to much...EVERYTHING just sign up for the get back on track train will be around today to pick you up.
I hope your Easter was an enjoyable one..
I went above my carb count even though it was low carb.. my water intake sucked and I haven't done Zumba or exercised the whole weekend...
I back from my staycation and Im ready to get back on track so Im signing up below and waiting patiently for the back on track train to pick me up....New day new way...have a marvelous Monday time to flush my system...love and hugs to you all

Welcome back from stacation! I will sign up to walk 40 minutes on treadmill and log absolutely everything before I put it in my mouth. I managed to weigh the same this morning as I did on Friday so I am ready to move forward when the back on track train rolls around.

Ginger thank you ....always harder to get back into the swing of things though...Yep Ive seen you were doing well..I felt I did too for the most of it ..just need to turn it up now that my body has become accustomed to the plan...have a good Monday sweetie;)

Please add me as a stop on the "get back on track train". I had two cookies yesterday and totally blew myself out of ketosis. SMH. Not worth it.

Kimmie... come on sweetie there are many inspirational stories here....I cant remember how many have lost over 100 lbs.. doesn't matter we will go with you 100% of the way my friend...grab my hand sweetie I will travel the journey with you...just as all the others here too...welcome aboard to the journey of beginning to feel better;)

Well, I didn't completely fall off the train/wagon but I need to sign up too! I've stalled out and need to change things up a bit. Gonna be with the fam today, maybe getting a small hike in (hopefully). Hitting the Parkway and heading over to Cherokee and Clingmans Dome.
