I had a big test today.......the "what will I ever eat at the restaurant?" challenge. I ordered a salad with chicken and didn't eat the bread they brought. The dressing wasn't entirely dietworthy, but...oh well. I stayed pretty close. The rest of the day was by the book. I decided not to weigh in today. Every other day should be enough.
