I had a good week. There was only one evening I felt a little "hungry". I don't think I was really hungry, it may have been that I hadn't had my evening ritual of popcorn since I started eating healthy. The feeling soon passed. Anyway, I am pleased with the progress. My husband is doing this with me and we are enjoying it together.
194.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job Cheryl. I am happy to see Andy motivated too. You both are doing great. I wonder what Mom will think now that we stopped sprinkling Miracle Grow on our bodies. :)
