What a retard...six pieces of pizza for dinner? really? Self control is out the window...

More planning, less giving in to family requests...not that it is their fault that I pigged out, but I was thinking chicken breast, rice & salad for dinner...wifey wanted pizza & the kids were not on my side...I should have let them have the pizza and me eat the chicken...but I just couldn't do it...

This is not a good trend, I haven't been under my RDI for a week. I'm pretty disappointed with myself.

Better choices tomorrow! Back to the healthy eating.

Hang in there! Whats done is done what matters is tomorrow! It took many days or years for me to get so heavy so I don't expect it to take any less to get rid of it and as much as I love food I know there will be days or even weeks when my will is not so bubbly and strong and I could slip. It's if I get back up that matters....I believe in us! Good luck! Tomorrows a new day1

i agree hang in their!!!!! this mistake that you have made may be a good one! next time this situation happens you will remember how bad you felt after eating the pizza and know not to eat !! you can learn from this!

Madjak, we have all done it...and probably more than once. Only thing to do is pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back on the trail to your healthy eating! Good luck!

Thanks for the support...and yes, you only fail if you quit trying...so I've suited up and will be getting on my exercise bike this evening. I was trying to get up early so that I wasn't exercising right before bed, but I can't seem to drag my butt out of bed that early. So back into the routine that was working before my "bright idea"...stress of the new position is just an excuse...back to it!! Later.

I feel your pain pal, this has happened to me a lot lately. Or my kids go somewhere else to eat (friends house). Then my plans for a healthy dinner go by the wayside. Or I end up eating at home alone. Its depressing, but I have to accept it.
