Well...last night was a bad idea...my sister came down for a visit with her two boys (I'm the favorite uncle) and the plan was to just have a couple of drinks and sit around and be social...but then we decided to head out and support our friend who plays guitar and sings down at the pub...and we left all kids at home (pretty obvious, I know), my oldest is 13 so she got the babysitter chore while the "adults" went out.

I probably had two pints of beer waiting for our dinner to arrive (Grilled Rainbow Trout, Basmati Rice & Ceasar Salad...very yummy!) then as the night went on I proceeded to drink five more pints...(Canadian pints are 20oz...just so you know)...obviously I was feeling no pain by the end...we got home and had a couple more beer while solving all the worlds problems...today was a little rough, to say the least...not to mention the terrible calorie count from all the beer...

You know, it's like I'm sabotaging myself...how many times can you say "but tomorrow is another day...nothing I can do about it, it's in the past...". I guess you just keep climbing back on the wagon, but I can't keep going this way or I will lose all the progress I have made so far.

As you can tell, I have let myself down and I am pretty disappointed with myself! I just have to be tougher with myself, no more!!

Back to the routine that was working before & no "social" nights...

Lol, I love you Madjak, and here is why... Your just like me! Hey man, dont beat yourself up too bad, you need to have fun once in a while. I cant count how many times "the plan was to just have a couple" turns into what happened to you. You should be proud you had grilled trout and salad and not a bucket of KFC or Cheeseburgers. Also, beer weight falls off real quick. The problem for me usually is the next day, feeding the hangover.

Whoa, man...gettin a LITTLE CREEPY here...hehehe...yup, pulled out the retard for a night...was still not the best choice, but you move past it and keep the repeat frequency low...or as low as you can. Later.
