Wow - seems like I'm brand new at this. Had no problem keeping below 20 net carbs yesterday but totally forgot how many calories one can (legally) eat. If induction does not cause me to start losing I will have to address those excess calories.

Bren - I do seem to have found my Mojo. Sandy sent some up from Florida last week but the little guys must have gotten lost. Maybe they bypassed me and ended up in PA.
