Hi all,

So everything has been good. I weened off low carb on accident from just getting lazy. however I did not gain weight. I am going back to low carb again to keep pushing through. I have some new goals:

Weight train 2x a week
And cardio on every day I am not weight traning
Meditate once a day
Yoga 3x a week

My goal is to try and keep this activity plan and eat low carb and healthy
I also think I am going to start a weightloss vlog on youtube. I feel it will keep me motivated to show people I can do it and keep myself accountable.

I hope I am not too nervous recording!
