3.3 miles walked today; still wet out, but no impending rain, so no reason to stay home/inside. Humidity, warmth, and little breeze got my Lab gal panting a whole lot fairly early, so I just took them 2.3 miles and did the rest by myself.

WOE focus today is on keeping my TOTAL carbs under a tighter control, as well as net carbs.

Also have been giving a lot of thought to the comments everyone made on my journal a couple days ago regarding losing the last 10 pounds. So many of those comments just made so much sense (thank you!!!) and I'm trying to work through them all to finish up this weight-loss part of the journey.

Gotta run.....putting myself on a tight schedule today to make myself focus on getting things done...also keeps me AWAY from food!

So true, Keli. But, you know, the longer a small thing remains undone, the worse it seems? So that's why I've got to buckle down and get these pounds gone and be done with it....done with the weight-loss part, that is.

Notfast, if I don't take the doggies, you can surely tell by their activity the rest of the day. They get cabin fever, I guess, just like us. Shotzie still staying seizure-free?

Thanks Stef. I actually made some different choices with today's food to pull back on total carbs, which usually pulls back NC as well. I need to get myself back to where I feel like on on a losing regimen and not where I feel like I'm fighting hard just to barely stay the same. One day at a time, right?
