So I had a victory tonight at the gym! I was able to run 2 laps around the track! 💃🏽 Typically I run 1 lap and walk the next and run again, but tonight was different! I said a quick prayer for strength and the Good Lord gave it to me! I love cardio, but not running. I typically enjoy Zumba, treadmill, elliptical, jumping Jacks, push-ups things like that. So tonight was a success!

Nice...I hate running. I use a rowing machine and elliptical and have learned to love them.

Yes! I tried the rowing machine the other day and man it really works your arms!

Hello Natasha. I'd like to hear what your diet is. I have started the Keto lifestyle of eating. I'm on this for life, am not viewing this as a diet. My goal is to beat type 2 diabetes; I am very close. My morning blood sugars are near normal, my blood pressure this morning was 116/64. Am satisfyingly loosing weight. I swim about 3 miles a week.

Bearcat17- I would personally message you, however I am unsure how too! So hopefully you get this! That is awesome to hear that your goal is to beat Type 2 diabetes! I am currently on the Keto diet as well! I just looked at your profile and I think it is awesome that we are around the same weight! My family has had Type 2 diabetes, however, I don't believe I will get it because I am making changes! I believe that you can be totally healed from Type 2 as well. Congrats to you on the progress you have done so far! How long have you been on the Keto diet?
