Fledgist's Journal, 26 January 2017

I am restarting my diet after a long period of not following it closely. This requires a lot of effort on my part. I'm resetting a goal, and I'm hoping that, by the end of May, I will have shed about 40% of my goal weight. I know that's ambitious, but I need to get my weight back down and it has been drifting upwards -- helped by my medication. Still, I have been lax for far too long and the slide upwards, slow as it's been, is my responsibility.
