MAINTANCE...good morning....i wrote this yesterday as i was sitting in recliner with tv off...have been turning tv off alot lately..ive decided i have tv on alot of times just for the noise..dont really watch it as much..and its nice just to turn it off an have the peace an quiet..good way of unhooking from the world and great time to just sit and meditate...

im finding that with winter here...its a good time to learn about maintaining my weight...im not as active as i am in the warmer time of year...feel at times like im hybernating...eating what i have to to get by and every day when i get on the scales i am within 1 to 2 pounds of my weight on fs...thats reaally why i quit weighing in every week...got tired of the up an down ...when really its just water weight most of the time...

as long as i stick to eating what i should with few if any binges...then its just a matter of maintaining my weight..and really once you find what you can an cant eat and be happy with..then i think maintance is easy..or it seems to be right now..i eat same things everyday because for me thats the easiest way of maintaining my weight...yes i can go out an binge..but then i just have to watch the weight go up an then come back down..dont have to many binge days anymore..an when i do..yes i feel guilty when im doing it..talking to myself ...saying self you know better..but i do it anyways..sometimes its just to see if the food taste as good as it once did...an it doesnt..the taste is completely different..an then the next day its back to being on track an wishing i hadnt binged..so for me right now this time of year...im already doing maintance...

have doctors appointment tonight..im thinkin mabye one more week of antibotics an mabye drain can come out..not sure if it had a discharge last night or not..will know more once i do a morning ride..yes thats right..i had my day off yesterday an enjoyed a day off..slept alot..with rain off an on yesterday was a great day to sleep..even had thunderstorms last night..today right now..52 outside..but dropping to 47 for a high today and back to 37 tonight..really weird weather for january..so gonna go in to fitness room set the smart tv to you tube an ctx videos ..find a video to watch as i peddle away..an start another day..might have my tea latte first..lol...

Unhooking is a good plan. I frequently go days without turning on the TV at all. And, you're right about testing foods and finding they don't taste as good as you remembered.

i dont watch the news at all..nothing positive in that..i like to watch diy or discovery or history channels..and even that gets old..

I don't watch TV that much either. Most of the programming is junk and I hate watching sports on TV. Thank goodness my husband isn't that much into watching sports on TV because that would be a deal breaker. Journalism is terrible nowadays.
