Fell off the wagon!! I had to have Kashi Heart to Heart cereal with whole milk. I haven't had cereal in years and even though I felt guilty, I actually enjoyed every bite. Unfortunately I am up 2.5 pounds, I feel myself sabotaging myself again. So hopefully I can find the strength to get back on track today. I have my gym clothes in the car and I have my lunch box full of keto friendly food.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I never eat cereal either. But when I do I choose plain ol cheerios. My boyfriend makes fun of me because I would choose cheerios over lucky charms. Crazy! But when I cheat with some cheerios I enjoy every biter too. Don't let the weight gain bother you! Get back on target, take a walk or so a small workout you will feel better after!

It could have been worse. Instead of Kashi Heart to Heart cereal, it could have been Captain Crunch or Fruit Loops. If you must eat cereal, a healthier choice is good.
