More rest between intense workouts should help. Listening to body feedback. Will help my body nutritional requirements as well. Fine line to lose the fat and increase muscle. Fluctuations in body weight is natural. Means we are alive! I have found in myself the if I stay close as possible to whole foods without anything added or taken away, my body responds better. Rambling....Journal.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
