Okay... I did the worst thing today... I ate more food than I burned... jeez! That hasn't happened since... well vacation probably, but hasn't happened since I started watching what I am eating and being healthier in January. I guess it's something I'm going to have to watch a bit closer when I do a higher calorie day.

It was a combination of a client meeting I had at lunch, and then our wedding anniversary for dinner! Just a crazy day!
