Krystal9184's Journal, 12 February 2016

So I've been feeling amazing this morning. Since monday I've been watching my carb intake, completely quit sugary drinks(soda, ect.) and limited my caffiene intake to one cup of black coffee in the morning. Monday through Thursday of this week I was MISERABLE> Terrible headaches, tiredness. But today, I feel fantastic. So, being the go big or go home kind of person I am, I broke out the old P90X videos and dusted off the weights. Guess who is about to go full beast mode this morning!!! Have a great day everyone!

Awesome. You sound very motivated. It's exciting, yes? I'd go easy on the P90X if you're heavy and get the weights rolling well. P90X is high impact for the most part and you want to be sure you're ready before taking the plunge too deep into that. The weights will likely be lots to begin with if you've been off it for a while. I know. Unwanted advice. :| Hope you have a great workout.

Thank you for the advice. I actually completely a full round of P90x and for some reason just decided to stop. I have no idea why. I do plan on taking it very easy and starting from the beginning with 5lb weights. Only this time, there will be no stopping after the 90 days lol :)

Yeah, I hear you. I started dieting in 2012 and started lifting weights in early 2013. Once the weight was off I was already addicted to lifting. Now my diet supports the lifting, though it still has to be watched. The headache was likely sugar withdrawal, often known as the sugar blues.

Glad you made it thru the sugar and caffeine withdraws.

way to go! I started the 21 day fix program. I was doing the 21 day fix extreme but I got so sore I couldn't walk or squat to use the toliet. I gave it up. :( so I bought the regular 21 day fix. Much better I'm sore and it's working but no too much where I can't move. Loving this program. Let me know if you are interested in any of the Beachbody products.
