Last week I was in Florida for vacation, visited my son and had a great time. This week we have had no power for 3 days which means no cooking, no electronics,(including no refridgeration!) and no water!!! Have not recorded much in the past couple of weeks. I hope things will settle down!

839 kcal Fat: 48.24g | Prot: 45.27g | Carb: 58.48g.   Breakfast: eggs, coffee, half and half, Blueberries, sugar free maple syrup, maple grove farms low carb pancakes. Lunch: Crackers, American cheese. Dinner: onion, feta, zucchini, yellow squash, del monte diced tomatoes, cherry tomato, Cucumber (with Peel), kens ranch dressing, leafy green romaine, canola oil. Snacks/Other:  atkins daybreak peanut butter, orbit sweet mint gum. more...
