If you believe you can, no one can stop you. If you believe you can't, no one can help you. Either way, you prove yourself right. What you truly believe, you evidence in your life. What do you believe about yourself? Does it line up with truth or is it just what you've always believed or been told? Dig a little deeper. Find out what you believe about yourself and adjust your thinking if needed.

Some days are harder to get motivated and maintain a positive attitude than others, and for me it would be exponentially worse if I were micromanaging the scales the way I used to. I've been in the doldrums the last few days, just seems there's a lot of weight on my shoulders but I try to step outside my current perspective and take a holistic view, and that helps, sometimes. Thanks for the note of encouragement, I need more of this!
