Made and ate, over two days, a pumpkin custard thing. I think it was delicious, had heavy cream, pumpkin from a can, spices, and granulated Splenda. I now think the Splenda kicked me out of ketosis for a couple of days. Not 100% sure, but did not lose anything! It was a 1/2 cup total...I feel I am back on track today. Lesson: never ever cook a full portion of anything, make half first, then decide if you can handle the big portions...will see what the scale says tomorrow.
