I am seeing more progress, and most importantly, I am learning a whole lot about how my body works, what foods work for me, and how to eat :)
This whole thing has been an amazing journey, I find myself going back and reading relevant pages of the NANY book over and over, always learning and re-learning things!
Final step/stage is lab work on August 18th, should get results on August 25th, hoping the numbers will reflect what the scale is telling me.
