Had to babysit my grandchild yesterday. Felt bad that I didn't get to exercise. I forgot how active one year olds can be. I need to find a way to incorporate working out while playing on the floor with her.

LOL!!! You maybe right! I have to admit, after I gave her a bath, I was exhausted.

I'm sure you did plenty of lifting, squats, and just continual movement! Hope b you don't ache too much!
