My top tip is to plan in advance and record food in advance so you can keep an eye on all the numbers, and you don't have to think about what to cook for dinner.

Hope you pass that 320 milestone and leave it in the dust. Tip - Never quit, if you fall down (and we all do at times) get back up and keep moving forward.

This should be changing to a plan you can live with for life not a "diet" with and end game. Work on getting fit and healthy not just losing weight.

I keep track of my foods so that I know how many calories I ate. If my calories are high, then I must do extra walking after dinner to make sure that my calories burned are more than my calories consumed. Thank God for calculators. :)

Same - RECORD EVERYTHING - Keeps ya honest.. A lot of us wouldn't of done all of the petty things that we did when we were youths if we announced to the world what we were going to do or had done.
Recording everything gives you a base line from which you can modify your food/behavior and then observe it's change on your health/scale/clothes/etc. You need to know where you are at if you're going to move away from there.

Keep going! It is easy when you are dropping pounds and making quick progress, but it is just as important when you are going through a slow patch. Keep doing what works and eventually, you will reach that healthy goal.
