Slow start to my day but pushing through it all and trying to work a miracle lol! I have a lot to do still and haven't been utilizing my time wisely. I really should work on correcting this. I don't really have much in the way of updating. There is a family BBQ tonight so I am hoping that I don't go over my Calorie intake. Anyhow...off to finish getting rid of some of these tasks on my to-do list.
Daily Summary *Focus T25: Catching up on workouts...got behind by a day so fixing it. Did Cardio and Ab Intervals today and holy crap! It kicked my butt HARD! I am proud I pushed through even though I was lagging with Abs. I still did it though! So...YAY!
Plank: 30 second side plank dips...these I struggle with so badly. I need to improve the strength of my obliques. I have to have one knee down on the ground while I do these to help but someday...I will do them with proper form and yeah. :)
