Yesterday's weigh in was brutal for me. I knew I gained. A good portion of that was also because of that time of the month creeping up. I am not going to let it defeat me. I can't let it defeat me. It's hard not to have that freak out because I am close to my heaviest...but I have to keep trying...right? I've lowered my RDI in hopes that maybe cutting down on the calories and working out twice a day will help. I dunno. Guess we shall see come next week's weigh in.
