I'm not trying them - I know I'd eat the whole platter in one sitting!

The point is to use them as both energy and to satisfy hunger cravings. Depending on which bombs you do, they should be about 100 calories. I frequently eat one or two in the evening when I feel I need a snack and haven't met my calorie goal for the day. I use them as between meal snacks too when I need to keep my energy up all day. They are very rich and satisfying, frankly I have never eaten more than two at a time because they are so rich.
