Again higher on the fats than I would want to be and I'm afraid I'm not being as strict about that as I was at first. Time to remind myself I'm doing this for my health, not something I can just take or leave.

Back to the basics before this gets further out-of-hand.

Logging my food plan for the day on the evening before gives me an outline to stick with for each day. maybe that could help you?

That's a good idea. I have started trying to log what I'm going to have before I actually eat it. Helps give me a sense of reality.
