It goes on so quickly and comes off so slow. But at least heading in the right direction. A few choices that were not the best this week, but no loss of commitment. Learn and move on. I've got a few days off this coming week, and I plan to get some stuff around the house done and run some errands so more exercise than usual. That should help. Plus I'll have time to stock up on some healthy choices.
