I splurged for the first time yesterday since I began my diet. I feel a little guilty today, but I'll get over it. I have lost over 70lbs. yet still have thirty to reach my goal. I comfortably fit into a size 34 waist and need to wear my belt to hold them up. It's been a long time since I could say that.
