Woke up today...not feeling very well. Still not feeling very well but I am going to push through it and still get my workout in. I have to push through it. I don't feel very prepared for my trip to Idaho and just...yeah. I am not sure what is going on with me other than I know I am getting closer to TOM. It might be the flu running its course through the house. Either way...I am not a happy camper right now.

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: I didn't push myself as hard but just enough to where I still felt the burn. I took frequent breaks whenever I started feeling queasy. Overall, I think I did well. Total Body Circuit is one that is a little more difficult for me and I can't seem to remember the modifications all the time so then it's me waiting to see the mod. Anyway, I am still proud of myself for doing it. Next is to tackle Kettlebells.

Plank: The dreaded 60 second plank. I tried really hard. I managed to have my knees up until I hit the 15 seconds left mark. I had to put them down then for the rest of the duration. I am proud that I managed for that long but just need to keep trying. :)

Kettlebell: Well...I have found that the 5 lb kettlebell is way to light...but I think I am finally getting the Clean done properly. I am going to look up the video again and watch it in hopes of double checking. Of course, it would be nice to have a professional but until I can afford that...this way will have to do lol. I think I might have pushed myself a bit too hard though. I am really shaky.

If you don't feel good try not to push yourself too hard in the gym, it could be counter productive since working out can lower your immune system. Once I forced a workout when I wasn't feeling too well next day I had a terrible stomach virus that lasted me 2-3 days. Take it easy!
