So I have been awake since 5 am today. I am kind of tired...but at the same time, I suppose this forces me to start getting up early like I want. So, it's twofold lol! Anyhow, I am feeling pretty good and very proud that I worked out last night. I almost thought that I wouldn't be able to but pushed through it and felt surprisingly better. At the moment, I am battling whether I want to track or not. I will probably end up doing it because it holds me accountable. When I don't, it's because I am ashamed and don't want that judgment...but you know...I need to hold myself accountable so I will make myself.
