So I have been awake since 5 am today. I am kind of tired...but at the same time, I suppose this forces me to start getting up early like I want. So, it's twofold lol! Anyhow, I am feeling pretty good and very proud that I worked out last night. I almost thought that I wouldn't be able to but pushed through it and felt surprisingly better. At the moment, I am battling whether I want to track or not. I will probably end up doing it because it holds me accountable. When I don't, it's because I am ashamed and don't want that judgment...but you know...I need to hold myself accountable so I will make myself.

Make yourself do it. Stay focussed and diciplined. Be your own judge and motivate yourself. You can do it. Make your routine your life and keep tracking.

Thanks cstout30. I am going to force myself to do it...even though I want to tantrum like a child yelling about how I don't want to lol! I need that kick up the ass to do it. ><

You are a very motivated person because you make yourself accountable for your actions. Keep that attitude and you will make your goals and "dreams" a reality. I believe in you and so does every "buddy" here on Fat Secret. I take it that everyone is over the crud in your household and teething issue has subsided for now for your little one.
