Am going on a seminar this weekend to FL on how to avoid marrying a jerk. It should be very interesting. I am more interested in the part that tells me how to not turn into a Jerk:) all about self help. Have a good weekend all. I will do my best to stay on plan, but the meals are provided, so we will see.

Moderation is the key, no matter what food they provide for you. Remember I survived a weekend vacation and still was maintained my calories. Sometimes it was VERY hard!

I did go off diet some, but all in all it wasn't to bad. I drank alot of margarita I shouldn't have. But no regrets there:) It's five oclock somewhere. lol
