Hi, these last couple of months hasn't been easy on me. I got called fat by some bitches at my school. And I feel like I need to lose a ton of weight. So if anyone has any any advice on losing weight and keeping it off, other than starving myself.

At 15 there was a chick and her click that would circle me in the hallway between classes singing Fatty fatty 2x4. ok great. Tracy was about 5 foot 3-4, weighed in around 110, what would now be a 000 or so, I was 5 foot 6 and around 140. Huge, enormous beast. I'd spent the Summer going from 189 down to 140. No one noticed except to let me know how HUGE I was. Huge came up a lot. Found most of them on Facebook recently. Not a one of them weighs under 375. I'm at 189 and working on it. Seeing progress too. I'm heading to 130. I'm 5 foot 6 so 100 pounds for the first 5 foot and 5 pounds for each inch over that. I may shoot for 125 after being there for a year but nothing less than that. 130 gives me a 25 inch waist and that's what people actually see. My lowest weight was 103, 20 inch waist, still got called fat. No tits, no waist, no ass and legs the diameter of a baseball bat. Used to wear bracelets above my biceps. Now there's a look. 😂

I remember when I thought I was fat in high school and looking back at it now, it’s give anything to be at that weight again. Don’t listen to ANYONE - life is too short for that shit.

You don't have to starve yourself. You need to eat the healthier foods - more fish and lean protein, no fried foods (except air fried),complex carbs - stuff with multigrains in it. STAY AWAY FROM SUGAR as much as you can. If you are really serious about losing the weight, you also have to be active. Walk, stretch, lift weights for definition AND, stop listening to the "bitches". They are 15 as well and they don't know shit. They will wind up in the same town, with a jerky guy, just to have a boyfriend and then a husband, and they won't amount to much of anything. When bored people have nothing to attack on someone they are jealous of, they will attack looks first. You just do what you are doing. Make great grades, get your body into physical fitness, go to college, get out and rule the world, GF!!! LOVE your body, give it good foods and exercise and it will love you back. TRUST ME It's a process...AND IT WORKS.

I am not a nutritionist, but are you sure your target weight should be 79 lbs? 123 pounds is definitely NOT fat! You should probably target 110 pounds or so (depending on your height) and review after you hit that goal. You might even grow taller during that time period and more weight loss would be unnecessary

stick with us. There is plenty of support for you here. 79lbs would not be a healthy weight for you. Please take into consideration your body frame and height. I think stevemackiewicz stated it well.

omg 123 is far from fat bullies try anything to break someone down because they are jealous just know that I'm 130 I would love to reach 123 but nothing less than 120 I'm 5'4 please don't ruin your health because of jealous bullies young girls are so focused on an imagine that isn't logical you are NOT fat be healthy be happy and please ignore people like that you are enough just the way you are

Ok so we are going to do this together. Lol motivation right. Let's start with the small goals. First forget those bitches at your school, fr we can't go our lives worried about what other people feel or like about us. Sorry I just had to say that. But weight loss is hard especially when you have no idea on how or even where to begin. One thing I researched online was drink a whole bunch of water. Then eat small portions. Then do this and then do that (lol) but I think we just have to start small like walk for 15, don't eat late and drink a lot of water. Idk. We are going to keep our heads up and figure out how we are going to lose this weight.

Please try to avoid and ignore those other girls who are most likely jealous of your brains and good looks. Some people just seem to enjoy making other people miserable, and I’m sad to report that some of them never outgrow it. Go to the beach in the bathing suit you want to wear! The administration of your school should listen to you and do something when you report how you are being treated. Is there another adult (family member, teacher, friend) you can confide who might be able to help?

This is also a discussion you should be having with your parents. At 15 you need support from them. You are young and buying into what a bunch of girls are telling you that has no bearing in reality. We can all work more diligently at improving ourselves. Enlist your parent’s help in making the best food choices possible. Learn to eat til you are just full, not stuffed. Drink plenty of good old fashioned water. Really try to limit the sodas and fast foods for now. Then walk, do Zumba to one of the programs on TV or you tube.. concentrate on toning your body. The important thing for you to know is that what many here on FS are doing to loose weight is not appropriate for a teenager. You are still growing and developing. You need a level of nutrition that is different than we as older people. Bullying in schools has become a sad national epidemic with tragic consequences. Please do not allow yourself to fall under that spell. Remember also that when some people respond to your posts they may not have read your bio and don’t realize how old you are. Please talk to your parents about this. You are most welcome to hang out with us here. Keep us posted how you are doing. Healthier eating habits most of the time and less healthy once in a while (got to have a couple slices of pizza once in a while), try to develop the habit of recognizing what a real portion is.

Hey. Don't worry what people say. (Easier said than done). As far as wanting to lose weight, make sure that you need to first. I see your picture, and you are beautiful. Secondly, if you want to get healthier, stop snacking in between meals. Literally break your fast in the morning, don't eat until lunch, and don't eat until dinner. The "healthy snack" thing is a farse, perpetuated in 1977. Let your body do its thing and burn the calories you consume.

Teenagers (girls especially) are mean. They were mean when I was in school and they still are. Try not to hear any of that. Usually it’s the own insecurities talking. Things will get better. ❤️❤️❤️

Forget those stupid girls. Girls like that are insecure about themselves, so they lash out on other people. I f you do want to lose weight, do it for yourself and not them. How I lost weight was I counted my calories, every single thing I put in my mouth including drinks, sauces ,etc. Along with that weight train and do a cardio activity that you enjoy like swimming, walking etc. the cardio 150 mins a week and weight train 3 days a week. Weight training helps you maintain your metabolism than just cardio
