Woo hoo!!! I feel amazing. I weigh 50 kg and I feel so much younger and better about myself. Little bit down as my parents are going away for 10 days without me but that happens right??? I spent all of period 3 crying because I am only a little girl and little girls cry right??

Hi guys!!! Sorry I haven't really been responding. But I have been working on creating a better relationship based purely on self-love with my body. It hasn't been easy on me. But I know I am totally 100% better off than when I started this journey a couple of months ago!!
I am proud to say that I am starting to lose weight the healthy way and I feel so much better about myself and the way I look. But I am also looking forward to keeping up with the healthy recipes you guys post. As well as the ones I hope to post.

Hey All.
Thanks to those of you who offered me some support and advice. I love you all too bits. I am very nervous about this. I reject the ability to have a school photo taken for the yearbook. And now I am worried when I look back I won't remember. But I just want to feel good in my own skin. I mean I feel like rubbish. I am so grateful for all of these people in my life helping me.
