Pink, You do a great job with your exercising! I looked at your history. It just takes time to decide not to sabotage all the great work you are doing by your eating habit's. Eating too little you starve, eating a bit too much you stay the same. I used to be where you are, we all have or we wouldn't be where we are now. It takes time, determination and a great support group. I know you that have found that here. Perhaps tonight eat lighter dinner and say I won't do back into the kitchen until tomorrow. I'm not saying it's going to be easy, it's not. I stock my pantry with pickle's and caffeine free flavored tea, when I feel an urge to beat myself up and binge. I have fallen to bad habit's time and time again in the past two years. I did on Thanksgiving and then stopped myself for going over and polishing off the rest of the deserts. I still have pumpkin pie and whip cream in the fridge and yogurt in the freezer. That wouldn't have been the case a few month's ago. Just relax and enjoy your evening. Let me know how you did tomorrow if you can. Truly, J.J.

Watch out for the processed junk. Eat whole natural foods and it will reward you.m

All good advice above B. Mark it down to experience and move on to being better. We've all been there but we all aim not to make the same mistake again. It's hard, isn't it?! xx

Ok, sounds 3pm like a snack attack time. Plan on something healthy. Maybe a salad with some protein added, I like to add beans to a salad to make it filling. If I go to the gym or plan errands after work I take a peanut butter sandwich and fruit with me to eat on the go. 3pm for me means 1/2 left and I'm off work for the day!!!

It's 2:30 for me. That's when school got out and my energy was gone both physically and mentally. I always thought I deserved a treat. Now I linger grazing my fruits and veggies for lunch and that urge is mostly gone.
