Well...I did it. I took the promotion. In not knowing what to expect in the near future with my husband's promotion opportunity, we decided "a bird in the hand" and I accepted the promotion that was offered to me.
So, welcome stress; welcome change...it's always an adventure when we get together.
I'd thought about chucking my lunch time workout for a feast of comfort foods, but I've talked myself into that workout. Not sure the mindset is ready to power through a tough routine, but I'll feel better doing even a 'half-power' workout than a overindulgence in food.

Thanks, gang! I have a lot of support from staff, but still a lot of nerves at the new responsibility. But God never gives me more than I can handle. And BTW, the workout felt much better than eating!
