This last couple of pounds has been really hard for me to lose. I am re-calibrating my body to a higher and more diverse calorie intake while doing a rigorous strength training program. If my foot would just heal so I could do more cardio!!!! I am in better shape than I have been in the past ten years; problem is I want to go back to be in better shape than I was 20 years ago! Now when I look at myself, I see the person I am becoming! I see my destination, not where I started.
This is a small victory for me. Well actually it's a big one..... Let's keep it up. This journey is much about the process and getting through it is so psychological and emotional.
