-60 POUNDS!!!! oh yay!

39 1/2" chest
33" waist
40" hips
23 1/4" thigh

This last couple of pounds has been really hard for me to lose. I am re-calibrating my body to a higher and more diverse calorie intake while doing a rigorous strength training program. If my foot would just heal so I could do more cardio!!!! I am in better shape than I have been in the past ten years; problem is I want to go back to be in better shape than I was 20 years ago! Now when I look at myself, I see the person I am becoming! I see my destination, not where I started.

This is a small victory for me. Well actually it's a big one..... Let's keep it up. This journey is much about the process and getting through it is so psychological and emotional.

BTW...i remember when we first met back in January...I took a hiatis for at least 4 or 5 months and holy cr$p you have done soooo amazing. You are such a strong and determined lady. It just shows that if you can believe it you can achieve it. You must feel amaaaazzzing
