http://www.teambeachbody.com/get-fit/fitness-tools/workout-sheets P90x and Turbo Fire worksheet - starting tomorrow, going till January. Starting with 40 minutes minimum...husband is allowed one freebie - no workout on Wednesday morning at 5:15am. (Didn't say he wouldn't get workout in, just won't be in the morning). We are being challenged a bit, since he is limited to just arm exercises right now -- will find out Monday what the treatment plan will be on his left knee. He's still on crutches.

NO grazing after 8pm starts tomorrow.
Advocare Cleanse starts tomorrow.
Stress relief starts tomorrow.

I'm usually good for a week or two. Keep encouraging me and asking me about my workouts and eating....this is the only life style change that we (hubby and I) seem to be missing.
